How can i stop the stuttering when playing music!!!?

I have had this problem with all my music apps, stock, doubletwist and now poweramp. What can i do to stop the stuttering when playing music on my LG Motion 4G (ICS).

Its is constant through out all my songs
PLEASEHELP!!!!
