Default SD Card Refresh.....Aaaggghhhhh!
Can anyone help?

I have saved pictures from an email to my SD card, but i cannot get the photo's application to refresh so it finds the new pictures on the SD card without taking the SD card out and putting it back in!

Surely there must be an easier way to do this?

Are you using 2.1 Photo Gallery app? I assume by your user name you using a HTC desire?

For more info, does a complete phone restart fix the problem, without taking out the card at all?
