Only problem was that when I got the HTC 2150 battery and (larger) back, it wouldn't fit in the cradle. So I used my trusty Dreml tool to mod it so it fits nice and snug and doesn't scratch the sides of the phone when I slide it in. Worked like a charm. If anyone wants to see pics, I'll take some and post them.
Glad you were able to make it work. I'm holding off purchasing until a true drop in dock comes to market, hopefully in landscape since the connector is on the side.
