I would be wary of this if my bandwidth/speed were reduced to accomodate someone else accessing a site/content that paid for better bandwidth/throughput speeds.

This is absolutely terrible. Just read about it on the Huffington Post. Good bye "free" internet as we know it.

this has already been vehemently denied by google.

all of google's policies are still up for everyone to read. i refuse to believe this is true. if it is you might be reading the post of a future windows phone 7 user.
