I've attempted too use on the epic 4g and my sisters evo we got nothing to show, r the bugs fixed

I'm talking mainly about Phone to PC; not Phone to Phone; myself also use Tango for that mostly (I hadn't had any1 to use Phone to Phone with on ooVoo yet)

I work as tech support rep at 3-pm11:30pm ISP
I use the oovoo from evo to home pc to see the kids before bed. 5 year old and 1.5 year old.Best thing in the world.I wish my father had it 38 years ago when i was born.It makes working nights easy.It BEATS qik.com the push to talk and no pc client.
i set evo at my cube and use head set and talk to kids .If they have to tell me something or upset i am there in video.. Go try it.Pc has to have the Beta 3.0 to work.It is at bottom of download page on there site.

how are you people getting tango on your pc? i cant find it anywhere. ooVoo is the ONLY app i have found that lets me connect from my phone to a pc. video quality kinda sucked but hey im like a caveman to fire with this stuff right now, the next step from video calling is like holograms right. seriously though, where are you getting tango on pc?!

Did ooVoo discontinue its service to the Samsung Epic 4G? I had it before on my Epic, but after a restore i can no longer find it on my market. I downloaded it on my Intercept then backed up the APK but wont allow me to install it on my Epic. anybody got any answers about the situation?

I've just tried ooVoo on my EVO 4G too. Works great! I'm not completely satisfied with the quality of the video though, but at least I get to videochat with more people now. Hope they'll improve the interface soon.

hi,

iam using samsung nexus s andriod. it wont work for video chat for skype, msn, ebuddy, gchat video and tango. tango only meant for mobile to mobile. anyone knows which phone or application allows me to video chat mobile to pc? pls help ...which phone are you using ? i thought tango only support phone to phone? as i tried using phone to pc it wont work.

i agree on the above. i am really desperate as i have a trial grace period to change my phone for free as i already paid for my contract.

I use Yahoo messenger with video plugin for phone-phone and phone-pc chat.

Any advantages to switching to ooVoo ?

Tried Oovoo on my Atrix doing phone to PC. Didn't quite work. I got video, which looked good, but the sound wasn't so hot though. I blame part of it on my mother's laptop not having good sound to begin with.

oovoo works better if you have a headset connected. I use my samsung BT

the only way videochat can really take off is if you can use it with PC users.

The Thunderbolt is support but the Incredible 2 isn't...

I think they are working on it as fast as they can, don't you? Lot's of new phones out all at onece. TB was out a month already.
