I also saw the Bionic at CES. I really liked it. Huge screen, phone overall felt good, really really fast (although the sample was virtually still a prototype and won't be released until "Q1 or maybe Q2" according to the rep). I thought the Samsung screens overall looked better than Motorola screens, but the Bionic is high on my list for "next phone." (I still have the original Droid, aka the "Droid Classic.")
