If the judge is not a moron, this will be quickly thrown out, of course. Location services are necessary for GPS, AND THEY ARE AN OPTIONAL feature, seriously some people need to spend time on something worthwhile rather than frivolous lawsuits that waste time and money. It honestly makes me sick sometimes to see how people think they can try to get a quick payoff when its all silly.
