I have read the posts about how to change your icons on the home screen as well as how to change the icons for folders created with apps organizer. I've done both of those.

But how do you change the icons that you have put into a folder? I would like both my folder and my icons within that folder to have customized icons.

You change them within the folder organizer app ... click on the apps tab at the top of the folder organizer app, than click on the little options button (a downward pointg triangle to the right of the app name) for each app, there will be an option for changing the icon.

thanks. I was using app organizer which doesn't seem to have that feature, but folder organizer does. i will switch to folder organizer.

Sorry about this but when I change the icon in Folder Organizer, it doesn't change on my homescreen?

Your have to re-add it to your homescreen

How does one remove an icon on "home"?
