.apt files? extracting themes using Panda
So I installed Panda, which allows me to extract themes.
I want to access the icons artwork and change them around, but the extracted files are in .apt format, and I have no idea how to open them and get the artwork (I'm assuming it's there) inside.
Anyone here managed to edit icons? How to do that?
