Question Android Home Replacement Apps

My first post ever
Sooo hii everyonee

I was wondering why every time I go to market and I search for any home replacement app ( PandaHome, Open Home, ect..) the only thing that comes up are themes for the apps. Is it because my HTC EVO is not rooted? I was able to get LauncherPro, but then again I can't find launcherpro plus. How can I find these apps in the market or is it a lost cause since my EVO is not rooted?

Thank youuu

LauncherPro Plus isn't on the market, it's an upgrade to LauncherPro... you have to buy a key from Fede through PayPal. I don't know why he chose to do it that way, but if you go into your LauncherPro settings, there should be an option to buy LauncherPro Plus.

It's because of the country that Fede lives in, android doesn't have an option for him to upload "pay" apps

OP: The market is a little tricky with the search terms. Personally I prefer ADW as it seems a little faster, plus its open source compared to LPP

Sorry, I feel like a huge newbie ( cause I am ), but what is ADW? I feel like I'm missing out on some great apps because I can't find them in the market.

Ahh, that makes sense. I really need to give ADW a try again, I haven't used it in ages. Does it have widgets like LPP?

This is ADW: ADW.Launcher - Android app on AppBrain

It's another launcher, ADW and LPP are the two big ones.
