Ive been learning how to do my own PS type work and have come up with a couple sets of glossy button icons with text. So far ive only been a consumer in the Android world and thought it was time to offer a little something should anyone be interested.

The two zip files contain 43 button icons each. One set is a glossy carbon look while the other has a carbon fiber infield with red boarded text. Both sets are .PNG files and if you have any software which will open them feel free to make some more and or change anything you wish. I made these from scratch based upon a tutorial I found on the internet and from hear on place them in the public domain so have at them.

Here are a couple screen of them on my phone. I havent fine tuned the background but you can get the idea of how they look. Using Visual Desktop you can scale them to any size you wish as well as link them to whatever application your prefer.

i googled GeekTekneek and came up with a dull web page with nothing at all like what I did. I also found a GeekTekneek forum with two whole posts. You need to drop a few links to where you have already done all this work so I can see how yours turned out.

Hate to spring this on anyone but ive repackaged the zip files after discovering that exporting each icon reduced the file size for each one significantly. The zip files were a tad over 2MB and now they are far less than one with the same content. Ive found my phone runs smoother with the new ones. I updated the files located at the link above. Also working on the smaller set of system control icons, maybe tomorrow ill be done with them so check back if you are wanting them.

I added 21 smaller icons that match the style of the larger buttons. Some are for system controls like wifi and GPS and others are for some of the more common apps. Follow the link in the original post.

Here you go, sorry I didnt notice the request sooner. The file contains both gloss button styles saying Market, in .psd. Feel free to make anything you need.
