Hello, new to this forum. Looked around for a like-named thread, couldn't find one. Sorry if this is in the wrong place--was referred here by link.

I wanted to know if anyone knew of a game called Mass Effect (seems like a silly question, but I'm covering all my bases here), and if so, if there is a full-featured and well-made user interface or theme that would make an Android device look and behave like some of the UI's one saw in the game. If such a thing doesn't exist, where might one commission the creation of said theme, and how? I'm not sure how any of this works, really; I know enough C++ to make a console say "hello world" and the graphical rendering skills of a geriatric. Is it possible to have a custom theme made like this? Is that I'm talking about even making sense?

I know this isn't really what you're looking for, but I saw the thread and figured I'd post. I don't do whole themes, but I did make a couple of ME2 wallpapers. Maybe you'll like 'em and can use them until (if) someone comes though with an entire theme.

While those are rad wallpapers indeed--and I thank you for responding and offering them, for sure--I actually have an awesome live wallpaper of a swirling galaxy that is what I wanted to overlay the UI mechanics of an ME-style computer with. Hmmm... I guess what I'm asking, since the consensus seems to be that this doesn't exist yet, is where I might find a guru of the Android development world that would be willing to take a commission on such a project...? No doubt it will take programming expertise and a profound familiarity with the Android system to make it function like I imagine, as well as masterful artistic and graphical skills to achieve the right look. IS there one place on the Internet to ask these questions (that ISN'T Yahoo Answers, thank you)?

BTW: Icons/icon packs and widgets might give you what you want/need - you can check out screencap threads here and at xda to get some idea of what to ask for specifically.
