UOT kitchen on mobile?

First, i'm wondering if you can change the battery symbol from a phone. I know boot animations work because I've changed mine using UOT. But when I try to change the battery icon style, when I get to the part where I need to upload files I click on the button to choose files and nothing happens.
Second, if I already have a custom theme and I get the battery icon to work and that I'd the only thing I change, would that apply to theme i'm using? Or would it revert everything else to the stock theme that came with my ROM?
Any input would be appreciated!! TIA!!!

When using UOT you need to ether upload your files from your phone by using a manager app like Root Explorer or File Manager.... i up load SYSTEM UI, HTC.RES & FRAMEWORK apks using Root Explorer on my desire HD & have no problems! if your having trouble go to the UOT site & watch the video tutorial.
