Default Which app can do this?

I want a widget on the home screen which takes up 1 page.

Looks like windows 7 phone style and has 4 visually appealing links which open up four apps OF MY CHOICE.

(LIKE THAT except a widget on the home screen and apps of my choice)

I have a HTC sensation 4G.

Which app?

Something like this?:

That was achieved via theme-ing to Android Phone 7.

Here's the thread. The first post also contains the instructions how to do it.

LOL. its called a theme, but its done and made using widgets which you modify yourself. You use a desktop visualizer widget, you select the size, say a 2x2 tile, put the picture you want to serve as the "icon", then link it to the app you want.
