Are themes only available to rooted devices, or can they also be used on non-rooted phones too? Sorry, I'm new to android/smartphones in general.

Most themes are available for all phones. Certain phones have been rooted and are running different mods that have features making themes run smoother, otherwise you should be able to theme without rooting.

You definitely don't need to root to theme. I've pretty much decided that I don't want to root, simply in fear of wrecking a primary device of mine. I'm not confident enough in my computer abilities

That being said, Go Launcher Ex is a very user friendly and highly customize-able app/launcher that I've loved ever since I got it a few months ago.

I have installes Skype. When i try to make a phone call, ma Android does not show Skype any more. Can somone help me?
