How do you get your power control bar to be black? And in sweeter home, when I download a theme, I don't get the wallpaper that I see on it. Is that normal?

i just recently made the switch from a bb 8900 to a mytouch 3G 1.2 and i'm loving everything about it. my screen is pretty standard. i don't like much on my phone and i only use the main screen
"my stuff" folder with the apps i use the most. i hate scrolling for stuff lol. (one thing i miss about my blackberry is the ability to hide the stuff i don't use)

When I tried to post my screens it said they were too big. Then when I scaled them down to the correct size the bottom half of my screens got cut off. Help please?

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to take a screenshot on non rooted mytouch 3G, i've tried that SDK crap, but everytime I open up the program that takes screenshots, command prompt opens up and closes right away!

Cross Posted from the Incredible Show thread. Got a lot of ideas from this thread though:
My screens from far left to right. Although after seeing Helix, I think I'm going to work on creating a setup with that.
Apps on the phone
I forgot to show it expanded, but the 'Games', 'My Apps', and 'My Contacts' use FolderOrganizer lite and Apps Organizer to give a nice dynamic shortcuts folder. (I didn't like the default android folders.)
Live Wallpaper is EarthRot. It's sweet.
