Creative but I don't know, it would take some getting use to for me.

Well spotted and well done mini007, looks really nice

Oh I dunno..... I study every screen on here, except the ones that are just people. It's an irritating habit I have, but it helps with car bodywork

Try here: Android7 Theme.

Very specific Desktop Visualizer image dimensions are there.

hi everyone. this is my first go at this so nothing special, really getting into customising though. inspired by some of the amazing work posted here.

http://img690.imageshack.us/i/20110421011101.png/

http://img545.imageshack.us/i/20110421011232.png/

how do you get the images to show on the screen instead of a link to them ?

Thanks. I photoshopped them from free stock outlines and a few icon sets listed xda - I wanted flowers for my puggy's screen.
Flowers and bugs outlines:
Magic Marker Icons Natural Wonders ~ Icons Etc.
App outlines I pulled from these two designers:
[ICONS] MetroStation Icon Pack - xda-developers
[ICONS] MetroDROID Icon Pack - xda-developers

Let me know if you want me to just upload the ones I made for you to use.

Do you know if there's an option to have just a white weather widget that's transparent like beautiful widget?

Ok, done playing with this one. One dissappointment. Can't figure out why the floor of the forest in middle screen is not red like the left and right screen
But I did learn a new thing I can do with GIMP and discovered what my next Gimp function is that I want to learn..text to path .

Anyway here's what i ended up with for the week. Fancy Widget weather, transparent clock, jaidexl dock w/transparent icons and i made the white text icons with help from metrostation by yankoa-d312tty.

Question Fancy Widget question?

my wife has an Ally, and i downloaded Fancy Widget for her, but when i go into the clock and weather skins it only shows the default skins and says current. there are no options to download new skins? why is this? is this correct?

Nah, I can modify the wallpaper any time in anyway i like... it started life as a completely standard 1.1 Saxo and i was bored so modded it and changed the colour of the body and wheels.

I knew the last one was for him, but i figured i might have been able to answer it

You can download a different kind of app market that has modded apps so you don't have to pay for them..... if you wanted to see if what you are after id in the pro version of apps

Very kind of you and and thank you for your good intention but it's against the Site rules to ask/distribute licensed/copy righted apps.

Anyway here's what i ended up with for the week. Fancy Widget weather, transparent clock, jaidexl dock w/transparent icons and i made the white text icons with help from metrostation by yankoa-d312tty.

Spectacuar first effort.
Which version do you use.
Maybe sometime I can compare to PS, since I believe both programs are now very similar especially for screen designs.
Now it's onto WL themes for you

Let me know if you want me to just upload the ones I made for you to use.
Ahhhhh I see... very creative! Yes that would be wonderful if you could upload them!

It's minimalistic text. For layout, choose "custom layout," and then you can add the elements you want, i.e. days of the week.

Again: my icons are based on the hard work of others, so I take no credit
