Using Launcher Pro Plus with MIUI ROM for a change.

@mykela25:
Do you remember by any chance what grid you were using in this screen? I can't seem to keep the weather icon small when I try to drag it onto the clock.

I think I got it now

Did some changes to the clock, since I wasn't too happy with it.

Nice edit

And I always use a 10x10 grid. That way I can resize everything the way I like. Oh and I always make the clock small, put the weather in place then resize the clock over the weather. To me, It comes out easier that way for some reason.

And thanks for the tip with resizing the clock last. I spent most of the time trying to get the frickin weather and battery stat in place AFTER I resized the clock.

Finally finished playing in the framework although not very inspired for theming now. Im photoshopped out. Lol. So this is what Im using right now. As far as the framework, I have images from about 5 different themes plus ones I made myself. Not perfect but Im done for now. Will tweak it more later. Original dock is Churapa's. I just colorized it to my liking.

Getting ready for trip to Boston & Cape.

1. Lockscreen: SMS unreadcount with cust icons, Minimalistic Text, simi weather, red line mod slider for widgetlocker. 2. Mini text, cust icons. 3. Mini text, cust icons, clickable widget tasker profiles.

4. Pure agenda widget x2. 5&6. Mini text with links to Folder Organizer shortcuts.

I am almost ready to post my screen shots, but I need to find some 2 line text dock icons. I have been looking everywhere. Preferably, orange and white. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Edit: Similar to calvin3 above me but with font of Minimalistic Text. I have seen them floating around months ago.

What font is used in minimalist text? I was going to use simple text but I couldn't keep everything lined up right. I used photoshop to do mine.

Depends on if your rooted (Is the TB even rooted yet?) ... if you are I used Shoot Me on my rooted Eris and it worked well.

If not rooted, refer to the first page of this thread ... you will need to use the ddms

Here's what I will use this week. Nothing exotic but functional.
Niteowl's Semi_sense icons , brilliant quotes,Gemini calendar, Beautiful widgets weather, dClock, circle battery, slacker radio, and Penquin icon I made for DD to wifey.

Don't forget the windsheild icons LOL

OH , and the game icon is used w/circle launcher

Home Screen: Launcher Pro Plus, BobClockD3, Minimalistic Text, Custom Dock Icons based on paulmz's.

Left Screen: Desktop Visualizer w/ custom icons launching Folder Organizer

Right Screen: Minimalistic Text, Switch Pro

I just want to tell you that I think you did a fantastic job!! I've seen a lot of homescreens, but yours contain everything I am looking for in my own. Any chance your willing to share your wallpapers (i'm assuming the docks/banners are part of the wallpaper)? I would love to use your ideas as a guide. Again, great job!!

Edit: Actually the banners are what i'm most interested in if you have them by themselves and not a part of the wallpapers.

banners were done in photoshop. was pretty simple, i'll upload the .psd and you can edit them however you want.

go here and follow the instructions on scrolling wallpapers. you need to download the launcher pro shortcuts on the bottom of the first post for this.

My old setup from when i was using open home. I now use ADWLauncher and like it a lot better but i cant get a SS to save my life.. I love my new setup too so i'll do what i can to get a screen shot.
