Use launcher that support widget resize, like Go Launcher, Nova Launcher & Apex Launcher.

Awesome, thanks.
I had given up using launchers after LPP was abandoned and tried to stick with stock but I might try Nova or Apex on my S3.

Looks like One More Clock Widget. It's a free app with a lot of very cool looking clocks set up by default, but they're all customizable... (is that a word?) Anyway, very user friendly...

Anyone know a 4x1 Battery widget that I can customize? I want to make the Bat logo into a custom battery bar.

HTC Vivid a month old - so I haven't done anything "fancy" to it other than get rid of that annoying HTC Clock. It's soooooooo 2009! I am going to look into that aHome app. I didn't like the GO one.
PS: No need to root or get an app to screenshot on an HTC phone.

If you get bored I would be interested in a dock with Dialer, Text, App Drawer, Music, Internet Icons.

Sweeter Home 2 is by far the best launcher out there. Extremely customizable. I almost never scroll off my home screen, and there are still 4 more screens to be customized.

I thought the new XPERIA UI looked pretty nice, so I replaced the old Sense UI with it.
(The status bar is the stock ICS one that came with the ROM)
I got the launcher and icons from the internet.
