Nothing as sexy as some of you guys, but here's mine. I like it plain and simple. Nothing to distract from the icons and widgets.
Hmmm. Looks like a file shared on Dropbox doesn't work.

My One S running Launcher 8. It doesn't quite give the whole Windows Phone experience but it does a pretty good job. That's the beauty of Android! I don't really see myself using this much beyond the novelty factor though.

Would you mind posting your wallpapers, specifically the main background one and the smaller one at the top? These are really great.

Believe it or not, this is just my ol' Atrix 4g. I froze all the motoblur stuff on it and run Holo Launcher by itself instead of over top blur

If you're on 4.0 or higher you're better off with nova or apex. I use Holo because I'm stuck on 2.3.4 and I don't like ROMs available on my phone. I root only to freeze bloat and skins.

I don't know how his is but my ol' Atrix did ok with it battery wise. If I used the live photo gallery tile built into the launcher though my phone lagged a bit

Wallpaper: light grid pro
I've got the settings so, while it remains cyan blue, it goes to red when battery is low. Looks a lot better on the actual phone though. It animates outwards as a wave.

If you are referring to mine, I use adw launcher and I just replaced the icons with a completely transparent image.
Specifically this one:

(If you can't see it... that's because its transparent. Just quote my post and you will see the URL)
And the background is compliments of Google.
And if you didn't mean mine... ignore this entire post
