Seening all the cool themes out there i wanted to create one as well, so
recently i created a theme as my wife was a fan of hello kitty,
so i placed it on the market for others to enjoy.
Then it got suspended, and i received a warning that if this continues my account will get suspened as well.
How can i create Fan themes and put them on the market without them getting suspeneded ?
Do i have to specifically say there not official themes ?
please help.

Any art that you use, you need to go to their official website and read their copyright notices that explain what you can or can't do with their copyrighted material. Some sites, like Disney for example, do not allow you to use their art in any way shape or form. Other sites require you to pay a hefty licensing fee. It just depends on the company.

Always remember that it matters not if you are charging for it. What matters is weather or not the copyright holder allows you to use it to begin with.
