Any art that you use, you need to go to their official website and read their copyright notices that explain what you can or can't do with their copyrighted material. Some sites, like Disney for example, do not allow you to use their art in any way shape or form. Other sites require you to pay a hefty licensing fee. It just depends on the company.
Always remember that it matters not if you are charging for it. What matters is weather or not the copyright holder allows you to use it to begin with.
