Ok I'm a total newb so bare with me please.

Where and how do i get new themes, change lock screen, etc.... my phone is already rooted and running gingerbread. Thanks in advance

1. You build themes. Using the variety of widgets on the market, your own wallpaper, some other people's icons, or make your own icons, and design your screen.

2. Changing lockscreen means disabling the stock lockscreen and buying one of the customizeable lockscreens from the market. Crowd favorite is WidgetLocker.

Without trouble..

1) For themes, get ADW Launcher/Go Launcher and then search market for themes, icons etc. All this is free (of course paid also, but free has a huge collection nevertheless)
2) For Lockscreen Mods - GET WIDGETLOCKER rightaway..

With lil' trouble

1) Since you are rooted, get rom manager from market and install recovery. (Just install rom manager, and u'll see an option to do that, no hassles)
Once you are done, take a backup, and get a custom rom afterwards.. Its WORTH ALL THE TROUBLE..

2) Lockscreen - Still WidgetLocker PWNS..
