I like the options you get with ADW, but I like the folders and Widgets you get with go launcher. Also, go launcher has a great keyboard with a swype. I am running cm7 on my LG optimus v using go Launcher ex right now but would love to switch to adw if there was an after market swype and more folder customization. I'm new at all this. Is there a way to change the folder icons to be less plain? Also, what's the best after market keyboard with a swype option?

If you are talking about Go Keyboard, then you can still use it even though you don't have Go Launcher. Go Keyboard is just an alternative keyboard. You don't need Go Launcher to use it.

The only other keyboards with a swype option is Flex T9, Slide It, and Touchpal. That's all I know so far.

I don't know about the folders, since I don't use them.

I prefer Go Launcher. I found that it was smoother on my phone and offered more options for customization.

I've go GO Launcher on my Galaxy SII,I love it!
I've tried practically all the launchers out there &
in my opinion GO is the smoothest & fastest of the lot.
The support is also excellent,with regular updates
being made available via Market.
