Droid Multimedia Station Theme

I looked around a bit but saw no good answers so im posting here. I want to change the theme for the multimedia station screen. the current one is nice but I want something a little less bright. Is there anything available for this? Also is there a way to have the button lights timeout? They're very bright and annoying at night.
