I downloaded go launcher ex and a theme and everything is working great BUT when i download a new app the icon does not change accordingly to my theme? Ive tried downloading new themes but its still the same icons that i do not change with the theme. Anyone else had this problem ? please help

Do you mean the icon that's applied to your homescreen when you download a new app?
If so, yes, same here. I use the Nova launcher, and the icon that's installed on my home screen when I download a new app doesn't have the theme applied to it.
Delete it. You should find that the new icon in your app drawer has the theme applied to it.
If you want it on your homescreen, just apply it like you normally would.

For some themes, there aren't custom icons made for a specific app. If you believe there is a custom icon for it and it's not catching within the theme, just re-apply the theme.
