Looking for a home launcher that let's you overlap widgets. Any help would be appreciated.

Nova Prime. Not sure if the free version allows it. Just go to Nova Settings>Desktop>Advanced>check on Widget Overlap

Lightning Launcher
overlap, resize, rotate, etc
