Default No wallpeper movement on home screen

Hi all, i guess this is the right place to post this question. Is there a way to stop the wallpaper moving when switching between home screens? eg when i move to the left home screen i don't want the background image to move as well only the icons. i had a quick search on here but couldn't find anything.

many thanks

From my understanding, the wallpapers that "move" when you scroll from side to side are something like 900 x 800 pixels. However, if you want one that wont move, just find/use an image that's only 480 x 800 pixels

That's just going to make it really horrible quality... I don't think there is a way to do this.

There is no way. That's just how android is. And it's a cool feature.

I was wrong! I downloaded Home++ and the preferences lets you make the wallpaper stick. Android is awesome.
