Eyebeam think you could hook me up with one with the lil Android some how playing a game...or just a controller *or game boy* in it's hand or in the background.

I've used your wallpapers to make icons for folders bro!

Hmmm, I'll see what I can work up. Do you want this icon size then? What size?

Actually the size doesn't matter, just continue to use the Mytouch3g format you've been using for me, and once I take a few screencaps I'll send you them in PM so you can get a look at what you've created brah!

Alright then - Here's how I saw it going down (with a little help from Mrs. eyebeam). Not quite how you asked for it, but ya know you get what you pay for.

Is this some kind of a cruel joke ? Ok, new background - no prob. Now:

I really don't know what you're getting at here... I will start with the image you provided. What do you mean "shape it down"? do you mean you want it to fade to black at the edges? Do you want the whole thing at 2000x2000 (not gonna work)? Some punctuation here would help, too. Holes on the sword I can do, np. I actually did that - not sure how it missed the final cut.

Ok, you lost me again. "and everything"... what? "background 10% transparent" relative to what? just lighter? Actually making it somewhat transparent will require it to be a PNG or GIF. Slimes more see through is np.

for example with ms paint you can start with a large blurry image and shrink it down and it looks less blurry and overall better but nevermind about that and with the transparency for example like the images's belowwith the windows xp sighn over the crappy media player

Well, as I said, I'll start with the image you provided. If it's large, then yes, I'll reduce it's size, of coarse. Anyway here goes what I think you're asking for -

Well see now, that's how the background looks partially transparent. What you asked me to do. If you had answered my previous question about transparent in relation to what this wouldn't have happened.

Don't take this the wrong way, but I gotta tell you man, I'm getting pretty bored with this one...

Sure, I can work something up for you. Could you give me a link to a picture of the mascot and/or Autobot you'd like?

Hey I was wondering if you could possibly create this wall paper for me using this image-
Flickr Photo Download: Tai Toe Side

and possibly incorporating these logos-

http://kickflipboards.com/skin/frontend/default/blank/images/logo_orangatang_LINK.gif

http://www.sjsales.com/uploads/Image/productimages/loaded/Loaded%20Curvy%20Logo.JPG

I am using a stock HTC hero with Sense UI if that helps you for sizing!
That would be AWESOME! Thanks SOO much in advance!

No problem (I think!). Do you want just the 3 elements listed? First logo is really tiny. Hopefully I can find a more usable one. Last image says I don't have permission to view it. Can you tell me what it is (a logo of some sort, I assume) and I'll see if I can find it elsewhere.

How bout some more android wallpapers for the Incredible.

Some thoughts I've had:
a "Chuck Norris" android (beard, mullet, etc.) roundhousing an apple
a Superman-like android. Cape, big A on the chest, hands on hips

I think both of these would look good over just a plain slate gray background. Thanks for the art. All so far has looked great!

yeah, maybe add a grainy old look to it, and with a border or something like this style-

I'll see what I can do. The Chuck one may not happen as I'm not much of an artist. I more slap together stuff I find. The superman one seems a lot more doable. Stay tuned...

Thats great I am using it right now. Having said that sorry for my lack of reply to your initial request for a bit more info. When I referred to the Mascot what I was referring to was our little Android logo friend. Wondered if you could transformerize him in some fashion.
If you can't for whatever reason thats fine as this is superb and the colours look good on AMOLED

Great! Glad you like it, and I thank you for the compliment.

No Photoshop (can't afford it. Yes I know there are "other" ways to get it - that's just not me.) I use a combination of on and offline programs. Each has it's own strengths I find useful, and bounce the elements between them. Undoubtedly not the most efficient or best method, but you go with what you have.

@ clark_K - You're up next.

@ stublake13 - You're after that.

@ davila - I've collected a few things that could work. I haven't forgotten. Still no guarantees though.

Great work eyebeam! I like the space/USA-world background. Better than slate gray for sure. I don't know how you find time to do all this, but many thanks.

I'm already having a bunch of ideas with SuperDroid, but I'll let you get back to other requests.

Best of luck in your future works, can't wait to see more of the art.

Glad you liked it. I put it on my phone and felt like the Droid and flag planet should be a little smaller. Revised version in previous post.

If you've got ideas, bring 'em on. If I don't have time right away, I'll at least keep them in the old noodle.

And, as always, I appreciate your thanks.

If you can't for whatever reason thats fine as this is superb and the colours look good on AMOLED
Hmmm... Ok, here's my best shot at it.

Dogs clackers?!? That's a new one to me, ha ha! Um... thanks, I guess?

Anyway, I looked at it some more and decided the Android scale arms did not cut it. Seemed like a good idea at the time... Oh well, I think it's much better now. Check it out in the previous post (#184).

For the sake of the viewers of this thread who may not know and may or may not be too lazy to look it up , could you explain briefly what geocaching is and what a wallpaper on the subject might entail? Just for the poor readers, you understand...

sure lol......to sum it up, geo (terrain/geography) caching (searching), geocaching is a worldwide 'hide and seek' if you will game....persons who hide 'caches' (thats what the objects you find are called) will upload the gps coordinates of the cache to the geocaching website and people who search for the caches can use gps recievers or android apps and find them!!
this is the official website (Geocaching - The Official Global GPS Cache Hunt Site)

for people more interested read more or just go to website and watch the video

all cache containers have a log in it so users can sign their usernames for proof and recognition of finding the cache. containers can range from micro (only big enough for small rolled up piece of log paper) to ammo cans or bigger that hold all sorts of goodies.

on geocaching.com, you can search for caches around your location (you may be surprised how many are around you and you not even know it)

the android OS has numerous geocaching apps, personally i use c:geo....on the app you can view all the caches around you, it uses the phones gps map and outlays cache icons all over the map. once you find one the app can automatically log your visit to the website. i personally just search for caches, i havnt hidden any yet.......

this game is awesome if you are into the outdoors and adventure.....since this is an android forum, anyone with an android phone or gps reciever can participate.

these are geocaching pics that you could use for a wallpaper, hope this is good enough info lol, dont feel the need to do the wallpaper if youre not interested....THANKS!!!

@ scoob55 - Ok, now that our audience has a better understanding of geocaching ... I think I can work something up for you. Still finishing one up for Davila, and then I'll start on this. Don't change that dial!

Haha, like this. Just bought a Desire so the image really appeals! Added a couple of extra textures, warmed the tones, added text and reduced the res' to 72dpi. Not sure if the latter's a good thing but looks sharp enough on the phone. Thanks Vulcan.

@ Davila - I kept fooling around with this one and I felt like this worked best. More kept being less. We'll see if you agree.

That looks really good. Like the "deconstructed" Vibe. Thanks for your contribution!

Hey EyeBeam i was wondering if you could make a VW themed wallpaper. It doesnt have to to crazy or any thing like that. I dont really like the color blue, I would love something in the color green With perhaps my screen name in it.
