To save it in full 960x800 resolution, use the download button on the linked page or the share button to email it to an address accessible on your phone, then save the attachment. If your phone wont save it full size, or it looks fuzzy, download and save it with a computer, then USB or email the full sized version to your phone.

see I've just done one without icons cos I have a scrollable dock..so a single 'screen' size wallpaper will be perfect with no scroll on it...then everything else will jsut fit over..

obviously I left everything else that isnt near the dock alone....im guessing you'd cut an paste that over the previous work? least hope so otherwise I'll do ya another BLANK page if you want it..

I'm not finding a download or share button... (using my phone)
But I long pressed the picture and "Set as Wallpaper", and it's pretty blurry and there's a gray border around it :/

Thanks!

dont long press the picture, actually click it...the link is embedded in the picture itself to Eyebeams collection....well in this case, JUST to the proper download of that picture

If that doesn't, PM me an emaill address accessible from your phone and I'll send you the full sized one. Then you can just save the attachment.

Sorry about the hassle - Picasa changed the way it displays large images a while back and now it kinda sucks.

Edit: OK, I figured out a way to post the full sized one here. Make sure you enlarge it (there's a message at the top of the pic next to this symbol, right?) before saving.

Ok Dean, give this a try. I'm not sure I think it's great, but I couldn't come up with a better way to do it. Hope you like it anyway.

If I do that, wouldn't it look better if the text icons were on it as well. That way they'd tilt with it. Then, you could just use transparent icons over the wallpaper for those functions.

Edit: If you agree that that would look best, I'll need a screeshot of the wallpaper without the android, the dock and the text dock icons.

true but your forgetting I have scrollable docks...so wouldnt work too well and I dont want it tilted too much...just a little to make it give the impression hes taking it..but not enough that the text comes out the boxes..

That's a good idea. Might want to adjust the height on the end two just a little as well.

Most likely, yes. So, you want me to use the clock in that last screenshot as a guide then?

Get back to me and I'll get it done a little later on.

BTW - Great job on the icons! Looks super nice.

This is sized at 1066x800, larger than necessary for your phone, but still in the right aspect ratio. I did it that way so that you can use it now and still use it if you upgrade to a larger resolution phone. Also, this way anyone else who may want to can use it.

To save it in full resolution, use the download button on the linked page or the share button to email it to an address accessible on your phone, then save the attachment. If your phone wont save it full size, or it looks fuzzy, download and save it with a computer, then USB or email the full sized version to your phone.

Love this!! I'm a smallville fan myself, would love to see some smallville themed papers, preferably with lois and kara in them.....

WB NightAngel, and thanks. Now, if you think for a second that I'm buying that you mailed any WaterPik, you really are full of Bologna! (See what I did there?)

Ok, on to business... Sure, I'll see if I can come up with something along those lines. Not feeling creative at all right now, so it probably wont be until later tonight or tomorrow.

Yeah, I thought those were nice too. Too bad I had no part of creating them other than cropping/resizing/reposting...

Ok NA, here's one of Lois AKA Erica Durance. I wish I could have found a good, hi-res pic of her looking more "lois-y", but no dice. If you know of one you'd like better, let me know.

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you about the dock, been pretty busy the past few days, so I completely forgot (no surprise there really >.>). Assuming I'm not too busy today, I should have some time to mess with my phone and let you know if the modified version works.

No sweat, man. For my future reference, I'd like to know how what I did works, so if you would, just let me know how it goes whenever you get the time.

BTW, if it works to change the positioning of the dock, I have (I think) come up with a pretty good idea for how to position it properly.

Hey, was wondering if I could make a request for a wallpaper. Well actually, its more like a few. I have the multiple pix live wallpaper and was looking to make a SF giants theme around it. I wish to request anywhere from 5-7 wallpaper with different players on each one in the form of trading cards. Players I would like on the cards are

Tim Lincecum
Matt Cain
Buster Posey
Aubrey Huff
Brian Wilson
Cody Ross
Madison Bumgarner

If u could just have the name and the number of the player on each one and/or incorporate the 2010 world series logo too. i know its a lot but I figure worst comes to worst, you'll just say no. In absolutely no rush to get this either so feel free to take all the time u need on this. Thanks in advance :-)

Hey kba -

OK, this actually shouldn't be as much work as you're thinking, so long as you just wanted un-altered pictures of the players on the cards (IE: not having to cut each player out and figure out new background elements for each ) surrounded by a new, basic baseball card frame. Do I have the idea about right? And it sounds like a really cool idea. I'll finish up one more for NightAngel, and then get started on these. I should have at least some of them done by this evening, so stay tuned...

Edit: OH, and I need to know what phone this is for, too!

Here's the problem I see with that idea - To do that, I'd need to put the android over the clock, with the clock as part of the wallpaper. This of course wont work because the clock and weather need to change. There's also no room above the widget to make him hang from above. I'm just not seeing how this works...

Back again eye beam Been a while but still rocking the old Transformer Droid Wallpaper for my lock screen. Couldn't by any chance knock a couple of arty (black and white maybe??), teasing semi nude emo/hard/rock type chicks?

well the way I was thinking was maybe make him hang from the bottom of the clock...as I have a large free space...and also if you need him 'slightly' in front of the clock then cant you just make a background LIKE the one behind the clock and then I can just 'remove' the background element in Fancy Widgets and it will still look like there is one there but actually part of the wallpaper

I'm still going to test the other dock, but I had another random idea, so I figured I would run it by you. Possibly a dock with separated "bubbles" that the icons could go in. I imagine aligning the icons in a dock like that wouldn't work properly either, so the easiest way would probably be putting text "icons" in the dock, and then I could use a transparent icon as the dock icon. A simple but "refined" looking font for the icons would probably work well.

I found a close example of what I had in mind, since explaining it doesn't really give the full description. The same general idea, but different bubbles/boxes, I'll leave what those look like up to you.

OK, that might work. It's going to take a bit to figure out how to make him look like he's hanging, but I'll see if I can make it work. Yours is up after kba's request, so hang in there for a bit.

Yo Stu - how ya been?

Ok, I can probably do something for you there... Can you link me some examples of the kind of gals you're talking about? Preferably, large/hi-res pics you'd like me to use? Also, did you want that as a lockscreen size, or full wallpaper?

You're 3rd in line as of this post, so give me a day or two on these.

Yeah, I can do something like that for you. I'll need to know what text, in order from left to right, you'd like me to attach to the dock.

It's gettin' pretty darn busy in here, so give me a day or two to get 'er done.

well as a test, I used the first 'clock andy' you did for me...and just like cut him off a previous work and just pasted him on the corner bottom edge...and it looked ok....I mean that was extremely rough...lord knows what YOU can do...seriously you are pretty damn good at this..

Alright, here's 3 of 'em. Give them a try and let me know what you think. The rest are coming up...

To save them at the full 480x800 resolution, use the download button on the linked page or the share button to email them to an address accessible on your phone, then save the attachment(s). If your phone wont save them full sized, or they looks fuzzy, download and save them with a computer, then USB or email the full sized version(s) to your phone.

Works perfect, no blur!
Now I did, when you first linked to your Picasa, just click the pic. Then when it brought up your Picasa, it didn't have a download button anywhere (on my phone at least).

But I'm still having the problem: it still has this small gray border around it and it's pretty annoying haha

Well, that's odd. I don't really know what to tell you about that... The original has no border. When you go to save it, did you try shrinking the crop box a little? If that's no help, maybe you could try an app such as "Wallpaper set and save" or "Wallpaper wizardrii".
