Default ODROID-X2 (Quad Core ARM A9 w/ Mali GPU)

HardKernel has upgraded its stalwart ODROID dev board with a faster processor and upgraded GPU.

The $149 ODROID-X2 is powered by a 1.7Ghz (1.8Ghz over-clockable) Exynos4412 quad-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor paired with 2GB RAM and a higher clocked 533Mhz Mali-400 quad-core GPU.

Additional details? 16GB eMMC memory is $39 extra, the power adapter is $9, while shipping weighs in at $30.

As you can see in the video above, the ODROID-X2 is running Ubuntu and Mali-400 hardware acceleration - which already supports Android - is due to go live for the popular Linux flavor sometime in the near future.
The ODROID-X2 is slated to ship from Hardkernel by the end of November.

However, if you donít want to wait for the ODROID-X2, you can always check out the original Hardkernel ODROID-X which is priced at $129.
The board does offer significantly more performance than the Raspberry Pi, thanks to an integrated Samsung Exynos 4412 quad core-CPU.

The developer board also features a Mali 400 GPU, 6 USB 2.0 ports, integrated Ethernet, mic/headphone port and a full-sized SDHC card slot for storage. Optional accessories for the device include a Wi-Fi chip with antenna, LCD, Bluetooth, HDMI, a camera and storage modules.
