NX Manager: manage Nexus one with only 1 Click!
I would like to show you the application, in which I took part for the development. Application's name is "NX Manager" and there is a program that allows you to manage all the Nexus by Google with only one click (especially European Nexus 7 WiFi and GSM, Galaxy Nexus, Nexus S and Nexus One).
One of the most interesting function of the application is the possibility to ufficialy upgrade your own Nexus with the last Android's version, so without waiting for the coming of the OTA (Over-The-Air) and keeping the root.
These are the news of the application: enable root (trough the Nexus Manager PC), disable root, restart in recovery, download and install new recovery, install OTA update and Official FULL ROM, check OTA update, download and install CyanogenMod (Stable and Nightly), backup rom, backup applications, backup data (sms, mms, etc.), restore backup, hard reset, install .apk file and .zip file .
The application needs the root, unlock bootloader and custom recovery (which you can download and install with the mobile application - or with the desktop application) based on CWM, modified to work with the mobile application.
What's interesting, is that, even after the OTA update, the device will automatically restore the root.
If you don't have a root permission and if your bootloader is locked, you can use the application Nexus Manager for PC, compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux.
The PC Desktop application will do the following functions:
1) unlock bootloader (if it isn't already locked. Warning: you will lose all of your data , so it will be useful to make a copy of those on your sdcard);
2) install recovery (the custom recovery abovesaid);
3) root permission.
I really hope you will enjoy the application and that it will be useful for you.
Take a look of the application's screenshot:
