Ok, possibly too complicated for app inventor, but hey.

I have a rather basic form already made in AI that asks for the site location of one of our employees, his time in and out (self input) and a nice little signature input using canvas.

I also want the workers to be able to take photos from within the app if possible, and then all of that be emailed to an email account, and if there is no connection, for it to be saved and done later automatically.

Also, we have set the locations our men will be going to on google maps, is there a way on making the photos taken by the camera have sequential names based on the nearest location?

As in, lets say there are two locations on the map, london and washington for instance. If a photo is taken near london, the filename for the photo is london001, and then the next is london002 etc, based on predefined filenames (which would be set at each location on google maps).

Also, finally and less importantly, can the data which gets emailed all be uploaded to an online database at the same time?

You might actually be able to build this with AI. I'm not sure about every function you describe, but most of them are possible for sure.

You would need lists, tinyWebDB, tinydb, activity starter, maybe a few other components and a lot of testing.
