This looks really good - is there a free version available for non-business users? I would use this at work but also for personal use.

There is a free version available. It's still intended for business users but you could add friends or anyone else as clients and use the Notes field however you like. Search for BizLog Lite in the Market, also available on SlideMe and AndAppStore.
