I have had this app for a while. Here is my feedback:
It works great! I would root just for this and AdBlocker!
Suggestion: make it easier to add a new number to block. I hate having to open the app, click profiles, then click default, then black list setup, then add, just to put the last spam call on the block list. Waaay too long a process. This is really my only problem with the app.
Another complaint, there are sooooo many updates that seem to be for nothing other than to make me see the pop up again for your other app. I have screenshots built into my ROM, I don't need a pop up so often!

Hi, a lot of the time small updates happen that try to fix issues too complicated to describe in the market changelog. You only see the popup once every two weeks... id say that really isnt all that annoying.
I just downloaded your app. I'm looking to be able to redirect a call to another number (a telephony service) based on the caller's number. I don't know how possible/difficult it would be to connect the incoming call to a different number, or if that's handled at the provider level. Please let me know what you think of implementing this feature. (If you do, I'll obviously buy the app!)

Second best? It was the best when I used it!
The only reason I don't use it now is because my Google voice number is the only one I use since adding a sprint phone. Since it forwards to both of my cell phones I just use it to block unwanted calls. I still recommend your app for anyone that doesn't use their GV number for everything.
