Have you guys tried out one of the Caller ID apps from Adaffix ?

Adaffix got several Caller ID apps in the appstores, local versions for 19 countries...

Simply what it does is connecting to the yellow/white pages when you recieve an incomming call, and (as fast as your data connection allows) shows you name, adress etc. behind the number..

But there is some additional and in fact cool sub functions in the app, for example "Call Blocker", a function that allows you to put numbers in a "blocker list" when these numbers calls, the caller gets diverted directly to your voicemail.. Cool..

Another nice function is the "Contact Updater", this runs your contact book through and enriches these with additional info again from the yellowpages..

Right. In the UK here. So, my brother's phone number is withheld by the phone company (old story - wife had abusive phone calls bla bla) so this probably wouldn't show up with your app. My phone number, and a lot of people's phone number, is ex-directory. That is, it isn't listed. In both those cases your app would fail, right?
