Hello! I'm the lead of a new dev team, Crayon Box Labs, and this is our first app! It's called "I'm Mute Today!"
The purpose of the app is basically to speak for you the common, repetitive things we say each day. "Yes!" "No." "Maybe" and other such phrases. We plan to add more phrases, and more options (Such as being able to record your own voice for the phrases) later on, if the app does well initially.
We have a free version (with ads), and a paid version without ads.

(Note that the app uses Adobe AIR, which is a free download for Android 2.2 and up, hence the 2.2 minimum OS requirement. You might already have this; if you don't you'll be prompted to download it. It doesn't take long, however! )
