Astrid is going to like to Google Tasks -- don't know when though

Hi all...since it annoys me that Remember the Milk is a pay-for app, Astrid doesn't link to Google Tasks, and Google Tasks is WOEFULLY behind the power curve, I wrote the dev at Astrid a suggestion that I'm sure he's received many times before. Here's email trail...

We agree. We are waiting for google Tasks to release their API so that we can tie in our service with theirs. As soon as they do then we will be implementing the service.

Let us know about any other ideas you might have for the app and thanks for using Astrid!

I could not agree more... Google should make some progress with releasing the API for their services. On the other hand, I can understand, that they are not eager to publish something that was not finished.

And yes, Astrid is a great piece of software.

Yup...it does. And RTM is a monthly subscription...at least that's what it said when I signed up for an account with them on their website.
