I have just released to the market "a Call Filter". With this application you can block unwanted phone calls - you can block phone calls from a list; you can block all phone calls, except those which are on a list; or you can block all phone calls if the phone call comes from a number which is not in your Contacts.

You can define multiple lists, with as many contacts as you want. To block/allow calls, you only have to select a list and a rule (allow to allow calls only from that list, block to block calls from that list, known to accept calls only from Contacts, regardless of phone numbers in the list, or disable to disable the call filter).
