Hi there, not sure I'm in the right forum... although the app is still in alpha, we're not looking for testers and we're already live on Google Play. But want feedback on what types of new features are wanted.

So Just Pic One lets people ask a question in any general topics, e.g. Do you like pizza or pasta?, and upload 2 images to represent the choices, e.g. a pizza picture and a pasta picture. Then others vote and comment. Pretty simple concept, no breakthrough technology here

We want to know whether it should be treated as a game (let me get more votes, comments, stars, etc) or as a tool (help me choose one 'cause I can't decide). How we view this app will affect future new features. If it's a game, more game mechanics can be added to make it more fun. If it's a tool, new features will be focused on getting useful votes and comments quickly. And not to mention we will put the app up in a different category on Google Play.
What're your thoughts? Any examples we can look at to see how others do it or how they figure it out when a product could go in 2 different directions? (but I hope there isn't an app like this already!)
I know about the website Hot or Not. The voting mechanisms are similar there but our app is used for completely different purpose and interaction, at least that's the intent
Of course app feedback are much appreciated, too! Please post them.
