RADIO application

hi all!

I have seen a lot of radio apps these days.. Can any one tell me to to develop those? I mean ONLY the logic. Is there any specific library? Can you ppl give me some links so that I can study? or any books?

Also How to develop radio related websites (PHP) ? I don't have any Idea !!

Please show me a path....
