Default Multiple screen support off server

I currently have a few custom apps running on my MT3GS. Many of them are for my home automation setup. I know there is the Android-x86 project. Would it be possible for me to have "terminals" that connect to my automation server, using a touch screen, and not require additional hardware, serving a separate instance of Android on each?
