Question Limited market on rooted phones?

I just rooted my phone and now when I go to the market I do not get all of the apps on the market. There are some paid apps on there but ones I have paid for are not there, such as snap photo pro and baseball superstarts 09.

Is there an update or way to get all of the apps back?

What about when you select My Downloads, are they there?

I have just recently rooted and moved my apps to the SD ...

I am not having problems that i can tell with the AppMarket.

I am getting update notices thru the AppMarket. So all seems well.
