=/ WHAT!?

Try and use System Restore to go back before the Automatic Update...that is if you have it turned on...

If you don't...the should be a way to uninstall updates....
I can't remember the procedure so I'll try and find it...

---EDIT---

I remember....

Go to Control Panel --> "Add and Remove Programs" ....
Arrange the programs by the date they were installed...
And uninstall the most recent installations...

---EDIT 2---

Oh yeah....and how many updates were installed? And do you know what they were?

I only have Avast running on the bottom-right....

I will take the last option, format my PC and install Windows again.

Ah man...that sucks....

Can you just check that Service Pack 3 is still installed, before you do that?

I'm sure it would still be but I guess I'm just making sure....because if that solved the problem before temporarily...why did it all of a sudden stop working again... =/

Damn....well I have to say that I am completely out of options for the time being....

So it might just be a good idea to reinstall windows... -_- ..

I'm really sorry that my fix was only temporary....

---EDIT---

Wait...what if its Avast causing the problem?
It could be preventing it from opening correctly....

Lol...it's one thing after another....

To be honest..I've never experienced a problem with my Windows Serial Keys...

That could be because I always use Windows installation disks that come with my computer >_> ...
