Default Eclipse and Android

I am trying to create an android application in Eclipse but somehow I do not seem to be connected to Android. I have the Android SDK installed. Is there something you have to do to connect Eclipe to Android?

When I do a file/new - I do not get 'android project' as an option.

Did You install/add Android ADT Eclipse plugin ?
