Dunno if this helps but personally I'm about to rebuild my whole dev environment. There have been so many updates to the Android tools there seem to be bugs around every corner.
So for me this means
- Eclipse, Indigo
- SVN 1.7.x
- Subclipse,
- ADT 16.x
- SDK 1.5-4.0.3
- Support Library/package v6
- Proguard
- ANT
- Redoing my ENV varibles
it's gonna be fun
looking at your error messages, you might want to try https for the update site. Also you should check if you have a firewall or proxy blocking eclipse from accessing the internet. It also may have just been a bad day somewhere on the internet.
Those errors basically just mean that eclipse couldnt get the data from the servers because they didnt respond.
