Default how to access database on pc by android app.‏

Hi all,
i have to make android app that received files from mobiles and save
it on database in pc
how to create database on pc that i can access it by android app
which technique is the best for this Bluetooth or Wifi or...between
the mobiles?

Lots of questions. I'll try to answer them all.

1) You will need to create a webserver and subsequently a database server. There are many different server applications you can use, ranging from command line to GUI.

2) Bluetooth has a range of ~300ft, and thus it is not a good candidate for an application that communicates with a static server. Wifi is your best choice here.

3) I don't understand what you are asking by "between mobile and pc?" Can you please elaborate?
