Default Stupid R.java

I'm currently writing a program in eclipse and my R.java file wont regenerate. I dont have any imports for android.R; then i tried cleaning and it refuses to build itself can anyone help me.

you might try closing eclipse, and deleting your .android folder then re-opening eclipse.

on windows 7 it's located at

C:\Users\(youusername)\.android

I just save any .java file, Eclipse generate always to me.
