Default PostgreSQL-DB instead of SQLite?

Hello,

is it possible to use a postgreSQL-DB instead of an SQLite? I asking, because usually i am using it and dont want to convert my database.

If it is possible to compile and install PostgreSQL on Android, it wouldn't be easy. It certainly would be significantly more difficult than converting a PostgreSQL database to an SQLite database.

I think you're only feasible alternative to converting the database would be access the PostgreSQL over the Internet via a web service middleman.
