Question SQLite Database Version Control?

Anyone have any ideas on the best way to handle SQLite database version control? I have a pre-created database that is stored on the internet that my app will download if its not there but I would like to figure out how to also have it check the version of the database and if there is a new one then download and replace the old one. Thanks

Default SQLiteOpenHelper

The SQLiteOpenHelper provides such features. It's a helper class to manage database creation and version management.

It provides a onUpgrade and a onDowngrade version, to execute specific actions when the db version has changed.

Default

I knew that but since I am downloading a pre created database and just opening it I am not using the SQLiteOpenHelper in my code. Thanks for the info though. I think I am just going to have it re download the database every time the app loads that way I can just change the data and it will do it's thing
