Default Timeout

I'm a beginner so forgive me for my lack of knowledge.

I've done a simple App in Eclipse: However, when I run it both on the smulator and my phone I get timeout errors. I've changed de ADB connection timeout (up to 300seconds) nothing improves though.

What can I do?

Can you please post a copy of the exact error that you get?

Also, would you care to describe your app? You may have a logical error, or a lot of times there is something wrong with the manifest.
